The bright chalet is located in an elevated panoramic position on a sunny plateau and is easily accessible by car. With 430 m² of living space, it has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. The master bedroom is also furnished with a sofa bed for 2 people and has a walk-in closet. There is space for a total of 8 people in the chalet. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine (Lavazza beans are provided to start the morning). The living room with tiled stove offers a fantastic panoramic view of the picturesque Tyrolean mountains and invites you to dream and relax. The panoramic fireplace room lets your gaze wander into the distance.... The three bathrooms are each equipped with a shower and toilet, including a hairdryer. A private sauna invites you to relax. To provide enough space for cars, the chalet has a double garage with a carport and a ski room.
As a first refreshment after your arrival, a small selection of drinks is available to you free of charge. We are happy to provide you with tea towels, bed linen, hand and shower towels upon request.
Tourist tax EUR 5,00 € /night/person over 15 years is not included in the price, will be charged on site.
